Investing in personality development is by far the most befitting investment that could be made by an individual, because this development, will not only make that individual a better person, but will also benefit the society on the whole.

The session was conducted at two levels, from 11.30am to 1.45 pm.
Mr. Gagandeep spoke about the skills required in the present challenging times to keep oneself abreast with the drastically and ever altering necessity of the hour. Class X is the signature statement of one’s career, the first milestone of the resume. Prudence demands that we are skilled to chase success and meet the testing trials like technological disruption, automation, globalization and nationalism. To embark on theirjourney of triumph, pupils have to be good at the VICTOR Scales, which are visualization, creativity, and excellent oratory skills which, in turn can be achieved through being vigilant, versatile, adaptive, nimble and dynamic. These behavioral personalities can be honed by acquiring technical prowess and the winning edge persona. Being tactful, being able to convince or influence, having new generation ideas, public speaking, discipline and persistence are just the few expertise required to make it big in the world. Here, parents play a pivotal role and modern parenting has two basic mantras- the ‘ u r able’ network and ‘Do-Not-Dare; Deal-With-care’ chant which decrypts as being- understanding, respectful, appreciative parents, continuously boosting the skills of their children byleaving negativity and embracing positivity.
The parents were able to understand that they have to best friend, advisor and facilitator for their kids. They quizzed Mr. Gagandeep with teenage problems of their kids overindulging in games, being disrespectful and disobedient, to which, he advised to not be afraid but give students the comfort of being approachable and friendly.
Mr. Gagandeep concluded the session with his favorite quote, “Your persona is not only your greatest gift for life, its your ONLY gift, so let’s make it better.”
