The students of class V A and V B presented a value based and entertaining assembly in the month of April 2019.
The theme of the assembly was `EARTH DAY CELEBRATION.’ The students began on an auspicious note with the morning prayer. This was followed by the National, International, sports, KRM, weather news and thought of the day followed by a Skit
Students presented the skit depicting as to how even kids can make a difference in protecting Our Mother Earth. They made an effort to make others understand the importance of conserving our Natural Resources, riding or walking wherever one can or to do a car pool, to save electricity when not in use, to reduce, reuse, recycle as much as one can.
One of the student recited a beautiful poem on EARTH DAY. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
The students of Class IV A and IV B of K.R. Mangalam World School GK II, celebrated their morning assembly with great enthusiasm and zest. The topic was ‘ Raksha bandhan’, which comprised of a small skit depicting the story of – the reason why the festival is celebrated, along with a foot tapping dance and a melodious song.
The children were also informed about the importance of personal hygiene and various healthy food items introduced in the school canteen and were urged to have the same and not junk food.
K.R.Mangalam World Schoolbelieves in instilling and inculcating spiritual and aesthetic values in their children and in an ode to this , the students of class 4E and 4F presented an assembly on Janmashtami on 22nd August 2019. The classes wonderfully presented the theme of why and how Janmashtami is celebrated around the world. The relevance was beautifully showcased by the students.
K.R. Mangalam World School believes in instilling right values and good morals in their children and in an ode to this , the students of class 4C and 4D presented an assembly on Values and Manners on 1st August 2019. The focus was on practicing self-awareness, self-evaluation and self-improvement. If we are aware that our manners – language, behavior and actions – are measured against our values and principles, we are able to more easily embody the philosophy, leadership is a matter of how to be, not how to do.

A salute to our Roots’
Grandparents are the family’s greatest treasure, the founders of a loving legacy, the greatest storytellers, and the keepers of tradition. Grandparents are the family’s strong foundation. Through their special love and care, grandparents keep a family close at heart. To honour them K.R. MANGALAM WORLD SCHOOL, GK II celebrated Grandparents Day on Friday, 13 September, 2019.
The programme began with the auspicious ‘Lighting of the Lamp’. Many scintillating dance performances by students left the spectators spellbound and thoroughly mesmerized. Principal Dr. Sangeeta Arora addressed the gathering and encouraged the students for putting up wonderful performances for their grandparents. Grandparents relived their childhood with their grandchildren as they sang and danced for them. The students made Cards for their grandparents and gifted a token of love in the form of Tulsi sapling. The success of the event was evident through the joyful smiles and teary eyes of the grandparents as they were overwhelmed to see their grandchildren performing for them.
K. R Mangalam World School, G.K-2 believes in learning through active exploration and real life experiences. The students of Kindergarten enjoyed visiting Dilli Haat as a part of Project Based Learning of the topic States of India. They were excited to see different stalls of various handicrafts, handlooms, pottery, jewellery and food items.It was a fun filled learning experience for them.
K. R. Mangalam World School, GK II conducted Fishing Alphabet Activity for class Nursery.
Play way learning is a fantastic way for the young ones to explore and build development skills including motor strength, eye/hand coordination and cognitive thinking.
Students practiced letter identification and letter sounds while having lots of fun.
KG- Report of English Recitation Competition
K. R Mangalam World School, G. K-2 believes in the overall development of their students which includes language development, cognitive development and emotional development. The students of kindergarten enjoyed taking part in the English Recitation Competition.They recited different poems on the topic ‘Teachers’. It was fun filled and the students were given an opportunity to exhibit their speaking skills and confidence.
K.R. Mangalam world School, G. K-2 believes in educating its students with hands on learning experience keeping this in mind an activity of ? ?? ?????? was conducted on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, for all sections of KG classes to reinforce the concept of ????? ?. The students enjoyed making coin impressions of different coins such as Rs 10, Rs5, Rs 2 and Rs
