Orientation Day Report( Grade VI)
The difference between success and failure is the difference between doing exactly right and almost right. Reaffirming our commitment to the concept of providing quality education, within the landscape of cultural and socio- economic diversity from which children enter the portals of the school. K.R. Mangalam World School, Gurugram organised an orientation programme for the parents of classes VI to apprise them with various guidelines, protocols and assessment procedure followed by the school.The ceremony began with the introduction of the honourable members of the managing committee followed by a few glimpses of the different areas and activities of the school. Information on many important aspects of the school’s curriculum which includes Uniform assessment policy as per the CBSE guidelines and the monthly planner was updated to the parents in detail by Middle Wing coordinator Ms. Ritu Jain. School principal, Ms. Priya Arora acquainted parents with the significance of various rules like punctuality, uniform, appointment cards and ID cards that the school adheres to religiously. The subject teachers of Middle Wing further explained them about the Subject Enrichment Activities that will be conducted for various subjects during the academic session.
The programme helped the parents to familiarize with the school’s culture and atmosphere. The ceremony concluded with the vote of thanks and the school Principal wished the parents and the new batch the best of the year ahead.
