The students of class III, IV and V began with a mindful check-in for 2-5 minutes by feeling one’s body and mind while focusing on sound and thoughts. The prime objective was to involve students practicality in mindful listening and seeing. To do so, students were asked reflective questions on when and where have they observed themselves behaving mindfully and what are the areas which they would like to focus. By the end of the first session, they were acquainted with mindful listening. The session ended with a mind full check out (deep breathings) making them feel relaxed.
