The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.”
The students of Pre-School were introduced to the topic animals by transforming their courtyard into a little Animal kingdom. Animal day indeed created a curiosity among the students as they were dressed up in different animal costumes such as lion, tiger, kangaroo, zebra, etc. and spoke a few lines about them. Students learnt about different types of animals ranging from aquatic to wild animals and domestic animals. This activity enhanced learning along with their communication skills and boosted their morale with a lot of fun quotient.
They were inquisitive and excited to see the beautifully decorated courtyard as if they were in the jungle. The children at K. R Mangalam World School, G.K II were imbibed with respect for another living being and developed a sense of responsibility and compassion towards animals.
