K.R. Mangalam World School, G.K-2 believes in celebrating festivals with joy, happiness and togetherness. Keeping this in mind, the students of kindergarten enjoyed a fun filled activity of making Christmas trees for Christmas from clay and velvet paper on Tuesday, December 24th, 2019. They enjoyed painting and decorating the trees. It was a fun filled learning experience for them.

Students of class Nursery of K.R. Mangalam World School, GK II participated in “Peek a boo with numbers” activity wherein all the numbers done so far were recapitulated.
Students were fascinated and excited by the colorful number cards. Peek a boo with numbers activity was thoroughly enjoyed by our little minds.
K. R Mangalam World School, G. K-2 believes in depicting diversity, colour and spontaneity of Indian culture. Keeping this in mind, the students of kindergarten enjoyed making a beautiful Madhubani Painting with different geometrical designs using colourful sketch pens. It helped in enhancing their creative skills and it was a fun filled activity for them.
Class Nursery students participated in “Number Tower” activity in which colorful blocks with numbers written on them were scattered. Students were encouraged to pick blocks one by one from number 1 to 10 and build a number tower. It was an exciting activity for them as they waited for their turn eagerly to place the number blocks. This activity reinforced sequence counting in children through a play way manner.
“I found I could say things with shapes that I couldn’t say anyway”
Students of class nursery participated in “Shape Box” activity in which students were given boxes full of different shapes. Children created different objects and patterns using shapes.They were fully engrossed in the activity and enjoyed it to the fullest . This activity enhanced their imaginative skills and helped them to experiment with various colourful shapes.
K.R. Mangalam World School, G.K-2 believes in enhancing the self confidence and self esteem of their students. Keeping this in mind, the students of kindergarten came dressed up in colourful costumes and swayed to the beats of folk music of different States of India. They enthusiastically took part in the Dance Competition held on 8th November,2019. They all looked vibrant and performed their dances gracefully and confidently. It was a fun filled experience.It is based on the topic on States of India. It currently followed Project Based Learning.
K.R. Mangalam World School, G.K-2 believes in encouraging students to learn and apply knowledge and skills through an engaging experience. Keeping this in mind , an activity of च से चाबी and च से चूहा, was conducted on 22nd November,2019 for all sections of KG classes to reinforce the concept of अक्षर च. The Tiny Tots enjoyed doing spray painting and writing their names on their key chains.
