Achievement in Science Fair at JNU
Sixteen students of K R Mangalam World School, Gurugram got a unique opportunity to be part of Marie Curie Sesquicentennial Conference organized by Indian National Young Academy of Science and supported by Indian National Science Academy. The event was held at Convention Centre, Jawahar Lal University in which more than 100 schools students presented their projects. The event commemorated the 150th birth anniversary of Madam Curie.
Yashvir Saini and Owais Khan of class VIII won Third prize in the Junior category. They were awarded with the certificates and a cash prize of Rs 1000.It was indeed an achievement for the students as they interacted with the professors at JNU and achieved recognition at the Science Fair. The school principal Ms Priya Arora applauded the efforts and the confidence of the students.
