Visit to Parliament Museum
On 6th of July 2017, the students of class 8 were taken for a school excursion to the PARLIAMENT MUSEUM. The students had an amazing trip, learning a lot about the history of the country’s administrative system till the present date. The students had a gala time joyriding in the bus and looking at the city that lay outside them. Upon reaching the museum, there was a guide explaining them all about the Indian administrative history. The students enjoyed the learning through the pictures, statues and document references. The students also had a thrilling experience of joining Gandhi ji in the dandy march through a holographic presentation, learning about the history of our struggle for independence and also listening to Dr. Jawaharlal Nehru giving the historical speech made on 15th august 1947.
In all, the excursion was educational, fun and memorable. The students were buzzing about the day in the return journey. The excursion was a perfect back to school gift from the school.
