Festivals build group cohesiveness and energise the body, mind, and spirit. Echoing this festive spirit, the students of K.R. Mangalam World School, Paschim Vihar celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with much zeal and zest on 30th August 2022.
To seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha, students of pre-school and pre-primary made ecofriendly Ganesha with the help of their teachers by using marigold flowers and clay. The activity aimed to signify the eco-friendly celebrations of this festival.
Students were encouraged to worship in front of the Ganesha idol and chanting the slogan ‘Ganpati Bapa Morya, Mangal Murti Murya’.
The festival awakened devotion, creativity, understanding, and learning amongst children. Overall it was an enjoyable and divine day for all.
