Labour Day is celebrated all over the world to respect the contributions and dedication of labourers. It is held in 1st May every year but some countries have different days of celebration. Labour Day is also known as international workers day.
KRM Paschim Vihar celebrated this day on 29 April,2022 as a mark of respect to the labours.The teachers briefed the children about Labour Day and its importance. The children expressed gratitude by giving self made badges and flowers to maids in the school and also to different people like helper in the bus , peon, guard etc. The young ones were overwhelmed by this act of thankfulness and enjoyed the day.
The day was a learning for the students as they learnt about the role and importance of these workers in our society.
