K.R. Mangalam World School, Paschim Vihar believes that regular interaction between the teachers and the parents is extremely essential to initiate proper methods to bring out the best in each child. Keeping this in mind, a virtual PTM was organised on 25 September, 2021. The main objective of the meeting was to create a common platform, where teachers and parents come together to discuss student’s performance and devise ways to enrich their learning experience. Regular interaction between parents and teachers helps both to take cognisance of the challenges faced by children.
On the day, report card was shared and progress of the child was discussed with the parents. The teachers apprised the parents about the strengths and areas of concern for every child. Parents were also requested to ensure that their ward keeps up with and regularly attends the online classes and practices the study material that is sent on a regular basis. The PTM was very smooth and it was very similar to the one-on-one meeting during PTM in the school premises. It was a lively and meaningful session for all the attendees.
The PTM concluded successfully with positive feedback from the parents about the efforts of the school and the teachers. They were thankful for all the efforts made by the school in facilitating the virtual connect between the teachers, students and parents.
