“Prayer is when you talk to God; meditation is when you listen to God.”
Class 1 A students performed their assembly on “Around the World” in the school. It began with the prayer to take God’s blessings followed by skit and Dance performance presented by the students. The skit highlighted about the cloth, food, festival and custom of different countries. In spite of all these differences whole world is like a big family. All people of the world are working to attain the same things:happiness, peace, security, resources like food and shelter, and a hopeful future. There are 195 countries in the world today and each country has its own culture, food and cloth.
Students participated with full enthusiasm and enjoyed the assembly as it made them understood that nation’s culture resides in the hearts and in the soul of its people. Therefore, we should cherish the natural wonders, natural resources and the history as a sacred heritage, for our next generation.The assembly saw the participation of each student of the class in one-way or another.
The assembly concluded with the quiz based on the “Around the World” and “National Anthem”.
