Stay Home, Stay Safe –Stand Responsibly for the Nation!

The world today is facing one of the most critical times. The sudden outbreak of the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, has left the world speechless with its deadly impact. Most of the developed nations have already succumbed under its grasp, and many are fighting hard to contain the virus that is hardly known to humans. The one reason why this virus has become so deadly is that science has failed to diagnose it as it is a modified form of Coronavirus and is new to the world. However, everyone is fighting shoulder to shoulder to combat the virus. In India, medical experts and the Government have already decreed to stay away from huddles and avoid social mixing. Hence, we, at the K.R. Mangalam World School, one of the leading CBSE schools in Delhi, urges everyone to stay home and stay safe.

The only way, the spread of the disease can be checked, is through social distancing and quarantining. This is the only way to break the chain of community transmission of this disease. By restricting yourself and your children within your homes, you can serve the nation positively.

WHO has already declared COVID-19 to be a global pandemic, and we must play our parts to keep our nation and its people out of the lethal grasp of this virus. So here, in this article today, we, at KRMS, listed among the ten best schools in Delhi, would like to share some necessary steps that you all must take to stay safe from the perilous shadow of COVID-19.

Stay At Home

COVID-19 is a form of a virus that spreads through human to human transmission. And the worst part is that it transmits so fast that it has the power to get thousands infected in a day. China, Italy, Iran, and several other nations have already established this fact.

Therefore, in a populous country like India, COVID-19 can be a reason for mass infection if proper preventive measures are not followed. To restrict the community transmission of this virus, the best would be to quarantine yourselves within your houses and help to break the chain of transmission. KRMS suggests that for individual safety and community protection, staying at home is the best thing you can do at the moment.

Wash Your Hands

We use our hands for doing the majority of activities, and hence, our hands remain exposed to all sorts of germs and viruses. The doctors have already suggested that washing your hands with soap for 20 seconds is the best way to keep Coronavirus away. Wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly whenever you get exposed to anything. Also, teach your children the right way to wash their hands to keep everyone protected in your family. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are also useful in keeping the hands clean.

Restrict Entry of Outsiders

Restrict outsiders from coming to your house. Even if a magazine vendor is carrying COVID-19 and delivers a magazine to your house, the magazine will have the virus on it, and you might fall sick as well. Hence, it is not about just allowing others to enter, but not allowing anything from outside to enter your house. Stay no to outside things and rather resort to online portals more to stay connected with the rest of the world. Avoid touching things that do not belong to your house.

The world is facing a challenging time. But together, we have the power to combat the situation. Hence, we, at KRMS, positioned among the best schools in Delhi, would like to urge each and every one of you to stay home and abide by the recommendations and advice offered by the medical authorities and the Government. Just by doing our parts, we can keep the situation from getting deadlier. KRMS wishes a rapid recovery of the nation and the world andrequests everyone to show solidarity in fighting COVID-19.
